My name is Kat, I’ve been vegetarian for 18 years and have been exploring veganism more and more over the past two years. Currently my diet is more vegan than veggie, and maybe one day I will make the switch completely…for now I am happy that I am doing the best I can to live a life that causes as little harm as possible.
